The primary aim of MTSS is to ensure that all students receive the specialized instruction and support essential for their academic and social success.  Student needs are identified through benchmark assessments, including DIBELS and MAP Growth, complemented by ongoing formal and informal assessments within the classroom and a thorough review of daily learning routines.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) provide the structures and time required to analyze performance data, establish instructional goals, and assess the needs for core instruction (Tier 1), re-teaching and enrichment (Tier 2), and remediation (Tier 3).
