Students spend part of the school day with their ESL teacher and then join their grade-level classmates for traditional classroom experiences. \u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>As students work on their English skills, ESL teachers help them integrate English learning into all areas of curriculum, both during one-on-one learning and in the classroom.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Magnet school teachers and staff have special training in multicultural education and encourage LEP students to share their heritage and culture. This fosters friendships and a sense of belonging for all students.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>ESL Instruction is based on both the Colorado Academic Standards and Colorado English Language Proficiency frameworks.
