Reading Curriculum
Wonders: Our differentiated, balanced literacy program is built on the Wonders in Reading curriculum. The 5 foundations in reading are included daily: phonemic awareness, phonics, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. A variety of technology components are offered to provide students support and practice to complement leveled books, rich anthology selections, hands-on activities, and traditional methods of practice.
Math Curriculum
Everyday Math: We will explore number sense, time, money, measurement, geometry, problem solving, and much more with a math series called "Everyday Math". Each child will have a "tool kit" that will hold math tools and game pieces to best support your child's learning and application of math concepts. This program should help your child develop a wide range of math concepts and critical thinking skills.
